Urbane Bronze Exterior Repaint With Garage and Gutters

Project Description

This Urbane Bronze Exterior Repaint was completed by Kieser's Painting for Jerry’s home in Arlington, NE. The full exterior project included all sides of the house, the garage door, gutters, and downspouts.

The exterior was finished with PPG Permanizer Exterior Acrylic Latex in a satin sheen. Urbane Bronze SW 7048 was selected as the house color.

The full exterior house painting project was completed in approximately two to three days for $6,175.

Background/Story

Jerry’s project called for one consistent exterior color across the home and several attached exterior features. Painting the garage door, gutters, and downspouts along with the house helped avoid leaving older finishes next to the newly painted exterior.

Preparation was completed before the finish coating was applied so the included surfaces were ready for the new satin finish.
