White Duck Front Exterior Repaint With Painted Brick

Project Description

This White Duck Front Exterior Repaint was completed by Kieser's Painting for a residential home in Omaha, NE. The two-day project focused on the full front elevation, plus selected trim, fascia, gutters, and downspouts on the left side of the house.

The front body and brick were painted in Sherwin-Williams White Duck SW 7010. Trim details were finished in Tricorn Black SW 6258 using Sherwin-Williams Emerald in a satin sheen.

The exterior painting project also included trim and fascia repairs before painting. The completed project cost was $5,056.

Background/Story

Mark had recently moved into the home and had not received a painting estimate before. The project focused on updating the most visible front elevation while also addressing selected details along the left side.

Before painting, damaged trim and fascia on the front of the home were replaced where needed so the new finish could be applied over repaired surfaces.

Results

The selected left-side details were also refreshed without expanding the project into a full-house repaint. The work was completed in two days for $5,056.
